Private Instruction
For those seeking more personal attention, a private session is for you. Using both the mat and equipment, our instructors will work one on one with you to develop a routine that meets your fitness goals and needs. If you have any specific concerns related to injuries, muscle imbalances, or areas you would like to specifically address, our instructors will tailor a program to fit those concerns. This is an ideal option for those of you ranging from first timers to seasoned Pilates students looking to add variety to their Pilates routine. Private sessions are available in single, duo or trios.
Group Instruction
We offer a variety of small group classes to help you reach your fitness goals without the need to attend private sessions.
• Mat Pilates Classes
Following the basic principles of Joseph Pilates, we lead you through a series of exercises meant to stretch, strengthen, and tone your entire body. We incorporate a variety of light equipment such as the magic circle, toning balls, and resistance bands to mix up your workout routine. And with no more than 6 people at a time, you’re sure to get individual attention.
• Group Reformer Classes
Love the reformer but don’t want to do a private session? Join us for one of our group reformer classes. With a maximum of 4 people per class, our instructors will guide you through a reformer routine that will increase strength and flexibility, improve balance and coordination, and tone your entire body.
Never been on the reformer? Try one of our beginning reformer classes or come in for a first time private session for $35!
