Please wear loose fitting clothing and socks
Deep Tissue – This massage uses deep gliding strokes and releases trigger points (taught bands in the muscle and tissue that cause you pain). This massage is best for people looking for a deeper massage to relieve tension and pain. Open communication with your therapist is to be expected for this therapeutic technique.
Relaxation – De-stress, improve circulation, and let your mind become still with this nurturing and relaxing massage. This massage uses flowing traditional Swedish strokes with organic lotion.
Minis* – This 30 minute treatment will refresh and revitalize tired, aching muscles. Please wear loose fitting clothing.
* Thai Massage and Minis are an excellent choice for a post spinning or pilates workout massage. Since your muscles are already warm, these clothes-on treatments will be more effective in releasing tension, stretching and elongating muscles. Don’t worry if you’re kind of sweaty, just bring an extra change of loose fitting clothes and socks to change into for the massage!
